She has been trained in many different methods of psychotherapy. This allows her to choose the therapy that best meets your needs. She will also work to understand whether there are physical factors causing or worsening your emotional state. For some people, anxiety, depression, or other challenging emotional patterns can be caused by or worsened by imbalances in brain chemistry, endocrine function, diet, nutrition, exercise, and a host of other factors that can easily be overlooked.
